Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above address of the responsible person. We store and use the data communicated by you for the execution of the contract. 6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING PURPOSES

6.1Subscribing to our e-mail newsletter

If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers from Smilodox, Neosupps and Foodsbest. Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. The provision of any further data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send the newsletter. Our e-mail newsletter is sent via the technical service provider Newsletter2Go GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin ("Newsletter2GO"), to whom we pass on the data you provide when you register for the newsletter. This disclosure takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and serves our legitimate interest in the use of an effective, secure and user-friendly newsletter system. The data entered by you for newsletter subscription purposes (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on the servers of Newsletter2GO in Germany.

Newsletter2GO uses this information for the dispatch and statistical evaluation of the newsletter on our behalf. For evaluation purposes, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files stored on our website. In this way it can be determined whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. 7) DATA PROCESSING FOR ORDER PROCESSING

7.1In order to process your order, we work together with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

The personal data collected by us are passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the framework of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. 12) DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

CloudFlare is used as a CDN ("Content Delivery Network") to secure this website and optimize loading times. For this reason, all requests are also routed through their servers and consolidated into statistics that cannot be deactivated. MyFonts Counter, a web analysis service provided by Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., MyFonts Inc. 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, MA 01801, USA, collects and stores data on our website from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. These user profiles serve to analyse visitor behaviour and are evaluated to improve and tailor our services to meet needs. Cookies can be used for this purpose. These are small text files which are stored locally on the visitor's computer and thus enable recognition when visiting our website again. The pseudonymised user profiles are not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the express consent of the person concerned, which must be given separately.
